Pengembangan Buah Nanas Unggul di Kediri Terkendala Bibit yang Terbatas
KEDIRI, Tugujatim.id – Produksi nanas di Kabupaten Kediri masih perlu dikembangkan terutama jenis PK 1 yang merupakan komoditas unggul. Terbatasnya bibit menjadi kendala utama bagi pengembangan nanas di lereng Gunung Kelud tersebut.
Kasi Perbenihan dan Perlindungan Tanaman Holtikultura Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan (Dispertabun) Kabupaten Kediri, Vinorita, mengatakan bahwa saat ini nanas jenis PK 1 di Kecamatan Ngancar produksinya masih rendah. Hanya ada 8 hektare lahan nanas berjenis unggul ini.
