Ani Suryani, DEA, Ir. Nurlaila Abdullah, M.Si, Prof. Dr. Ir. M. Firdaus, SP., M.Si dan Prof. Dr. Ir. Bahan baku yang digunakan hanya buah pepaya, gula pasir dan rumput laut.
